The Cobbler – Scotland – Winter 2013

In March 2013, Joshua at the age of 6 climbed the Cobbler in Scotland with a group of army cadets. It was a winter ascent and his first use of ice axe and crampons.

The Cobbler is a mountain of 884 metres height located near the head of Loch Long in Scotland. Although only a Corbett, it is “one of the most impressive summits in the Southern Highlands”.

Mountain range: Grampian Mountains, Arrochar Alps, Scotland.
